Meditation Workshops

However, for lots of people, starting a meditation practice just seems too hard.

Let me help you and your team get past the ideas that keep so many people from reaping the benefits of meditation. Thoughts such as: “I can’t clear my mind.” “I’ve tried to meditate but I’m no good at it.” “I can’t sit still and not do anything for that long.” “Meditation is too ‘woo-woo’ for me.”

I have been meditating since I was a child, and I have extensive training and experience teaching meditation and tailoring workshops to the audience. I make meditation accessible by teaching people meditations that they will actually use.

I have taught meditation to individuals as well as to small and large groups at educational institutions, non-profits, law firms, corporations, and community organizations and to people of varying ages, from children to 90-something-year-olds. I look forward to helping you develop your own meditation practice and to helping your organization support its staff’s wellness with a one-time workshop or an ongoing meditation program.

Bringing in Beth to lead meditation workshops has been one of the best things we have done in our community! Beth has such a calming presence and makes mediation accessible for all participants. She brings her sense of humor and acknowledges some of the common challenges people can feel about meditation and gives practical tips on working with and through those.
