I’m glad you have taken the courageous step to seek out support.  I know that is not always an easy thing to do.

You may be looking for therapy for a variety of reasons.  Perhaps you are

*Experiencing grief or big life changes (even happy changes require us to adjust),

*Dealing with issues that arise from living with pain or illness or from being a caregiver,

I work with adults in individual, couples, and group therapy.

I draw on my training and life experience to create a collaborative space to listen to you and provide integrative therapy.

I also provide supervision to LGSWs working towards their LICSW in DC.
